Delivery and Shipping Policy
General Shipping Information
CompleteSpeech uses UPS and USPS for the majority of our shipments. Unless otherwise arranged, all packages are sent ground shipping. All packages sent via UPS include tracking information. Tracking information will also be available for USPS packages when possible. Smaller items that only require a stamp, i.e. letters, dental packets, etc, will not include a tracking number.
Delivery
Delivery can be verified via tracking information. CompleteSpeech is not liable for shipping errors made by shipping companies, but a CompleteSpeech representative will assist in following up with the shipping companies if an error occurs.
Special Requests
We will do our best to accommodate special requests (i.e. using a different shipping address than the one associated with the account). Expedited shipping is often possible if requested, but it will incur an added shipping fee.
International Shipping
All international shipping will incur a shipping cost customized to the shipping address. International shipping is generally done through DHL, UPS and FEDEX. Tracking information will be available. All additional duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Refund Policy
Individual Purchases
CompleteSpeech has a 100% refund policy on any products that are not customized or damaged. All purchases must be cancelled or returned within within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Customized Purchases
CompleteSpeech will refund any customized product purchase within 30 days from the original purchase date as long as no work has begun directly linked to creating the actual customized product.
App Purchases
All apps purchased through the apple store must be processed through Apple. Any value of apps codes given in a bundle or as a promotion or for any reason have a general no refund policy of the value of the app and additional codes can not be given if the codes are not redeemed within the given period of 2 weeks.
Membership
Membership refunds and cancellations are outlined in the membership documents and vary from each type of membership. Please contact CompleteSpeech for more information or refer to the membership documents that pertain to you.
