This extended warranty provides replacement SmartPalates in cases of:

• Natural changes to user’s palate
• Orthodontic work (Talk to your SLP to ensure you are a good candidate for a SmartPalate)
• Hardware or electronic malfunctions after the 60 Day Manufacturer Warranty expires
• Damage caused to sensors from biting or chewing the SmartPalate
• Other damages caused by normal use that have caused the device to malfunction
